Effective October 27, 2026. Plain answers about the personal details Huntsville Tree Removal ends up holding when you use this site or ring its number.
What lands with us when I send the form?
Whatever you typed (name, phone, email, town, the kind of tree job, your notes) plus a timestamp and the address of the page you sent it from. An email to our address carries the same kind of detail.
And when I phone?
The phone company that runs our line records your caller ID, the time of the call and its length. A voicemail you leave is stored as audio, and a call may be recorded; the menu says so before anything else happens.
Anything from just browsing?
Only the ordinary server logs a web host keeps, like which page loaded and what kind of browser asked for it. There are no ad trackers or marketing cookies here. If the form shows a Cloudflare Turnstile check, that check reads some technical signals from your browser to filter out bots.
What's it used for?
Getting your tree request to a contractor who covers your part of Madison County, replying when you write, keeping a log of which requests went where, and keeping junk submissions out.
Who else sees it?
- A participating contractor. The one your request is sent to, so they can call about the tree. Contractors pay this site for referrals, and when you phone us your call may be handed straight to that contractor.
- Our service providers. The phone, email, form and hosting companies that keep the site running, for that purpose only.
- Officials, if a law or a court requires it, or if it's needed to protect a person's safety or legal rights.
Your details are never sold, and they won't be used to pitch you anything unrelated to your tree.
How long is it kept?
For as long as referral and bookkeeping records need it, then it's deleted.
Can I see it or have it removed?
Yes. Email info@huntsvilletreeremoval.net and ask us to send you a copy, fix an error, or erase the record. Any contractor that was already sent your request keeps its own copy; ask them directly about that one.
Kids
Arranging tree work is a grown-up errand; if a child's details reach us by mistake, they'll be deleted.
